New Donation Lock Timer.

So since map7 donations are pretty high even with newer version, there is still many jumpers that escaping without paying it.
As you know Kabam made a donation timer thing that only allows you to pay donations if you stayed an alliance more then 8 day.
So how can we possibly made them pay, Most of us asking for donations before AQ cycle start. However this people still leave without paying it. Kabam just gave them a excuse.
Other then this problem , imagine that an ally doesn't have good treasury. And they brought 4-7 new people to the ally, new guys can't pay anything thanks to new donation lock timer and ally might need to play free donation maps(!), ok didn't sound that bad huh? But if this ally was usually in top45-90 whatever you say, playing 6x5 or 7x5. Imagine that how will this kind of stuff affect alliances, people literally join an alliance to play higher maps in AQ.
