New account problem

in Bugs and Known Issues
I stated an ftp account on my new tablet. Everything was fine until i seen my xp bar. Im lvl 8 and have almost done act 1. I checked boosts and then found out that my beginner xp boost wasnt even there. I didnt even recieve one. Please help me on this
