Ice man sp3

So I got a ice man and I was watching how to use a ice man in that it showed after sp3 ice man gets unlimited ice Armor .
But when I tried that it's not happening

Iceman Sp3 don't have anymore permanent ice armour ( just get is armour again if broken, but can be broken again).

To be fair, he never had an "unlimited" ice armor. His special 3 reforms his ice armor if he doesn't have it or if it is on cooldown.
Once the 5% cap is hit again, it will shatter and go in to cooldown

Please have a look on video you can see he got a permanent ice armor after sp3.

The video was posted last year. The meta changes and bugs get fixed and more bugs appear, and as time goes by, videos even 6 months ago can be obsolete. As an owner of an iceman, I can say It’s a bug. His ice armor isnt permanent after sp3. But he is still great in all content.

We should be used to these releases by kbm. Op yet bugged champs then got fixed after some time.
