prestige boosted?

Getting ready for all the trolls calling me, but did I miss something in the last 48 hours re certain characters prestige boosting? Dont have the exact figures, but my NC went up by about 400 I think, and Phoenix and Cyclops as well at least?

Mime is boosted so much that my 2nd to 4th highest champs have all changed, thats not a small bump?
