Who deserves it the most

Got this from an epic rift and don't know who to use it on, I mainly use Heimdall in quests but Venom in AW defence. I have got 34 sig stones waiting as well to apply to whoever gets it

I think I will save it, knowing my luck, I would use it and then pull someone like Cull or VTD

If you actually use Heimdall for fights, then he gets a bit of power in subsequent fights, but more importantly he definitely benefits from the Precision buffs as his basic Crit Rate is diabolical. So you could justify using it for him, but only if you regularly quest with him. On the other hand, if Heimdall is mostly just there for synergies, save it for someone better.

Venom would also benefit; but doesn't actually need it to be very effective. If you like playing with him, then why not go for it?

Ronan and OG Captain Marvel get a lot better when Awakened; but probably not enough to use an Awakening Gem on.

Don't even think about giving it to SIM, Venompool, Drax, or Spidey. You'll never forgive yourself if/when you pull a 5* Hyperion, Medusa, new Captain Marvel or Cull.

P.S. I've been in a similar position - have been carrying a cosmic Awakening Gem around for six months; and just recently pulled a Medusa to use it on. At a 4* level, I've used a 4* Cosmic AG on Ronan; and felt it made him genuinely (situationally) useful for stun-locking heavily-noded opponents; but even so, I wouldn't use a 5* AG for him.
