    Depends on a bit on your needs, but in a vacuum, I'd say Voodoo benefits the most from being awakened. CapIW is another great option, but more if you have a bunch of sig stones to throw in because he does need the high sig. I have an awakened Iceman and it's great for annoying evade champs to start with the coldsnap

    I’ve got around 35 stones, which I’m thinking is not a lot. Maybe 25 I can apply to DV.

    Cap iW will be already insane at sig Level 35, the higher sig the insane He gets
    D V would be a scondary Thing for me, the guaranteed regen on him is supersweet, but concerning damage output, cap is simply on another level
