iPhone: disabled iTunes and app store message?

First time I have ever received this. Changed my password but same thing. I can log into my iTunes account though...anyone else experience this?

    Contact iTunes support they are really good at fixing these issues

    A couple times I experienced something similar. In one of those cases I had to log out of iTunes on my phone and then log back into iTunes and all other services. In another instance, there was a security lock out on my account somehow that I had to call Apple to get cleared.
