Energy cost for side quest

First off I want to say good job on the July 4th deals.
The issue that I'm having is the energy cost for the side quest for this month. I did 1 run on the master one which apparently you have to get a permission slip for every time you go in. Ouch. And then on top of it 4 energy per move? Really tho? What's the deal with that? So im guessing the energy cost for epic is 5 per move? Why is the energy per move more then the regular quest? All I'm asking is why not make it 1 or 2 energy per move? Consider it. People will still have to get and use energy refills. Be compassionate, isn't it summoner appreciation?

It's so out of line that I'm not doing anything but the monthly EQs. The rifts (or whatever other dumb name is being used) are not worth it.

4 or 5 energy per tile for those rewards is wacky.

Just an attempt by KABAM to get us to use more units on refills.
