Was enlisted in Alliance War but just skipped to next enlist?

We were enlisted for war but when it came time to start war we didn't get one but we also didn't get a bye message?

@Kabam Lyra I submitted a ticket and now on day 3 waiting a response back initial response within 24 hours from Anastasia I gave her the info required and now 3 days with no response

War Season ends tomorrow and still no resolution just an escalation to tier 2 but this will cost us Gold 1 potentially with 24 hours to resolve! Help @Kabam Miike
