Unduped Omega Red?

So I had a crazy chain of luck in the late few months. When cavalier crystals came out, I whaled out and got some amazing champs. I ended up getting an omega red star and just duped him as of last week. The other day I got a 6 star omega red and was stoked, but seem fairly underwhelmed without his sig ability. Is an unduped Omega Red worth investing in? Seems like his awakened ability is essential. I also dont like running suicides too much.

    Unduped OR isnt better then a X23 for example, you can get decent regen, and you can Degen the enemy for some damage. I would max r 1 the 6 star, but not r2 unless you can dupe him!
