Fastest way to get tier 4 basic?

Trying to become uncollected and desperately need tier 4 basic to rank up my champions. What’s the fastest way to get some?

T4 basic arena is the "fastest" given you can pick up a couple in 24 hours. Other than that use your glory, grind the event every day and make sure you're in a Map4 or higher alliance for the AQ rewards and crystals

EQ rewards - I think you can around 4 or 5 from the monthly EQ rewards from finishing from Normal-Heroic-Master.
