Small T4c crystals conversion for fully formed ones

So we know that we are going to be able to exchange our quest crystals for 100 of them for 1 big one, buuuut...
How about we can do that with 50 t4c Crystals for a fully formed crystal? I have 1.2 thousand of these and I think that it would probably help the server a lot.
Also, when you open 1.2 thousand you would get roughly the same amount of each catalyst
