Does this happen to anyone else when they try to log in

Sometimes when I log in to my account t says unable to log in at the time or that you entered the email or password incorrectly when I am 100% sure it’s right. Kabam says it’s not banned so wth is the freaking issue I wanna play my darn game. @Kabam Miike
