Rank Up Event?

I've seen the Level Up event multiple times recently, but not the Rank Up. When should Rank Up be available?

    Are you talking about the class advancements? Because I’ve seen quite a few the past few days.

    Rank up event doesn’t exist and really shouldn’t. An event based on taking a bunch of champs to the next level? Either you’d be getting a ton of points from 1-2 rank ups to compete the event which seems like a pointless event, or you’d need to rank up a bunch of champs which also seems pointless. Level up covers it just fine.
