Frank Castle AKA The Punisher is out for his daily jog when suddenly he sees some **** stealing candy from a little kid.
Always the crime fighting vigilante he runs to the aid of the lil slob and soon enough catches up to the thiev and takes him to the ground using his patented scissor kick.
The thiev gets up and turns around to reveal that he is none other then the frosen warrior, the winter soldier James the madman Barnes
Filled with anger James using his metallic limb throws the sticky chocolate bar right in Franks stupid face while he yells "God dammit ****, you always be gettin in mah business!"
Frank is now furious yet delighted over the ever so sweet chocolate in his face he screams at The Buckmeister "You gone done it now bub. Ill kill you!"
Frank pulls two guns out from his Jordan AIR legacy shoes and starts firing at bucks *pew pew*
*fooooosh* Bucky the ever so agile monkey does a quadruple spin into a front flip and gets behind a car or whatever and pulls out Caps shield who he convinently stole earlier that day and thus the fight is on

You saw that Winter soldier beat up Cap americas A**? He would do the same thng to Punisher, just faster... I guess punisher would already be shot before the fight even starts, because if Winter Soldier really wants to kill somebody he has his great sniper skills...
