Who should I rank 3?

Hi Y'all
I was wondering if u guys could help me out here.i just got uncollected a month ago and now planning for 5.3 and 5.4 .who should I rank up 3/45 first. Am planning to take Medusa to 5/65 . Should I rank 4/55 my iron Man IW.
