How does this happen?

How many 6* are in the basic pool? I’ve opened 9 crystals and 3 of them have been miles morales. I find this very frustrating given that this is supposed to be random. This is a discussion @Kabam Vydious not a rant. I want to know how this happens. It’s very upsetting for the player 😞😡

There is a probability of this happening, the problem with figuring out that probability is you need to know the pool size at each moment you pulled the miles.
Also, let's have a little pop quiz. Which is these three results is more likely to occur than the others?
Option A:
Crystal 1: Miles Morales - Crystal 2: Miles Morales - Crystal 3: Miles Morales
Option B:
Crystal 1: Ghost - Crystal 2: Ghost - Crystal 3: Ghost
Option C:
Crystal 1: Archangel - Crystal 2: Miles Morales - Crystal 3: Civil Warrior
So you ask how? Easy, it's random, and is doing its job. Random means you could potentially get the same thing 5-10× or more in a row. Is that likely to happen? No, but it could. What everyone needs to come to terms with is simply this... the system does not suddenly take the last champ you pulled out of the pool of choices because it was the last one you got. That champ is still in the pool, and still very much a possibility. This is RNG with a set number of possibilities. Always gotta keep that in mind.
Remember that it took years for them to disclose % drop rate of 4* and 5* from crystsals and so on (thanks to apple). Yet there is no clear stipulation that there is an even/equal chance to draw champs from the total pool. In other words, we might be rolling loaded dice, and that is completely legit - its up to them.
Conveninently we lack data, but how many times have you seen back to back Kamalas (or Blades) being pulled by folks in the same alliance? Last week I pulled 5* annihilius the same day as a teammate. Nobody else opened any other 5* champs in the alliance. How can that happen? Is it (A) lottery-style luck or (B) we were drawing loaded dice? I believe its (B) and we are better off by accepting that quickly and moving on.
That doesnt make sense.
So what is it? Is it fully-random RNG (as the company apparently states somewhere) or semi-random RNG (as you suggested above)?
Answer=> whatever is convenient for your current argument.
