**Mastery Loadouts**
Due to issues related to the release of Mastery Loadouts, the "free swap" period will be extended.

Why can't Ms. Marvel sp2 be fixed?

Just tested this a few times against doc oct in master mode... blocked everytime (x4) I would watch him block RIGHT BEFORE I landed the special.
The problem I think is... ms. Marvel/cpt. Marvel doesn't actually "start" the special until she super stomp kicks downwards.... this is a major flaw to her special 2 which allows the opponent plenty of time to block.
On the reverse scale when user faces ms. Marvel/cpt. Marvel the result is the same... the user has plenty of time to block or parry special!
