Power Gain Synergies do not work

Tried a team of 6*, 5*, 4* and 3* psylocke with 4* archangel for +24% power gain. Psylocke reaches her special attacks with the same amount of hits as before and her sp1 power gain ability still only recovers a bar of power when it should be 1.24 bar of power. (a bar of power + 24% (so like a quarter) of a bar).

(Not that these matter.. the synergy simply doesn't work. This makes you wonder what other synergies could be broken...)
