Should I rank 4* or 5*

I am in the situation where I am questioning if I should rank a 5* to rank 4 or if I should rank a 4* to rank 5 for more diversity in my team.. And I also dont feel like the 5* I have are worth spending resources on..

Cap iw hands down, only ant-man is not worth anything unless you have ghost to pair him with.

Well I do have a 4* rank 4 duped Ghost for him, would you prefer ranking her to 5 instead? Otherwise my tech resources would go to Iron Man IW
