Can we get rid of the 3* and 4* crystal deals for people who are uncollected?

400 units for a 3* is a stupid deal for people who have access to Grandmaster or especially Cavalier crystals. These offers take away from the enjoyment of the game.

I get it for new players, but there gets to be a point where they are just insulting.
