Unduped I would rankup starky...duped void vs unduped starky would be void bit if both duped then it would depend on Ur preference...starky is a glass cannon champ but his quick fire damage and ability to auto evade specials with an emergency power drain are helpful whereas void's dot and ability to destroy heal and power gain related stuff along with his massive health pool makes him a beast of a champ too so it would come down to preference
