Dungeon Booster Bugs

Me and my good friend bought 100% dungeon booster today. However, after we concluded room 5 dungeon and wished to continue for the next room, the dungeon booster went missing!!! We know that the dungeon booster will last for 5 hours before it expires. But our 1st run was less than 30 minutes. How can this happen? Can someone explained this unusual phenomenon??!!

I was in the same situation yesterday. I thought it was because the boost is only available while you’re playing the same dungeon. Although that would be sooooo shady from kabam... as usual

@Kabam Miike Dear sir, can you please help us explain why this happen? Is it a bug?
Because we expect it to be 5 hours usage not per room usage.
