Should I wait to open a featured 5 star crystal, or just open a regular one?

I have 12 5 star champs, all from the regular 5 star crystal. I guess i want to know if its really worth the time to eait for a featured 5 star crysyal or not.

    Stick to basic 5* crystal. Featured 5* is for ppl with large 5* rosters

    Everyone gets a week of summoner Sigil for free. With that you can buy a featured 5* for 11,000 shards (assuming you have progressed far enough in story)
