I just fought arena iceman vs black widow and she had 100% coldsnap on but still evaded

    It could also be ability accuracy reduction

    I wonder if that had anything to do with it

    Was she with a quake in the arena match? She gives increased ability Accuracy which could take evade above 100%, so the 100% reduction may not reduce it to 0
