Why no energy or awakening gem increase in the items?

Just wondering if you guys are seeing this too. They said 20% increase in inventory but only seems to be for selected things? I always seem to need more space for my energy the most too.

    They said 25% increase to some of the inventory, not all.

    Increased Inventory Capacity!
    Tired of items expiring in your Stash? Increase your Inventory Limits for many basic Items by 25%! This won’t apply to all items, such as those for Special Events.
