Perfect block chance (Vtd)

Vtd gains 25% block chance if he has the buff active..
That means if you have 4 of them, should be more than 100% chance for perfect block but when 4 is active, vtd takes block damage..
Its a bug, isnt it?
Suggesting as a bug fix item.
