Individual AW rewards

While the new AW season 11 rewards were published on the forum, the actual increases to the individual wars were very vague. Now I've seen various amounts for my tier 11 alliance since the season started that I have no idea if we've been shortchanged on the last week's wars or not. But the rewards for this last war do not match what is possible for the next war though the tier hasn't changed.





Anyone else notice any differences in their tiers?
