Black Iso Market Not Items (after update)

Happening in both WiFi and cellular
Version of game 24.1 installed (screenshot)
The issue: black market shows no items only message "no items for sale at the moment. Please visit again later".

No, even tried deleting and reinstalling the game. Clearing all data and cache, nothings seems to work. I will submitt a ticket. Thanks
