Game locked me out of in game purchase but I did not get a refund and no one will help me

I really need someone to help on July 30th the game took money from my credit card then put it back on Aug. 1st I did not get I in store purchase but now you locked me out of the unit store until I pay $99.99 for something I didnt do can anyone help me
