Relocate Recoil after LQ & DE

I think this is the main reason many are not using suicides. Why do we have to get punished twice just to use Liquid Courage & Double Edge? Moving Recoil to the end would enable only people willing to sacrifice significant health for significant attack boost.

It should be an easy fix as well.

It’s designed the way it is so that suicides aren’t used by everyone, if you didn’t have to take recoil they’d be too strong since it’d basically be 10% health for 60% attack and with immunity champs there wouldn’t be a detriment

The detriment shouldn't be a mastery you can't avoid. There are better ways to balance it out.
