Domino bugged or silent nerfed?

After the new update I noticed that Domino's not criting like she use too, in particular with her heavy. And i'm not the only one, other people from my alliance who use her a lot have the feeling.

I 100% UC just fine with Domino. Didn’t noticed any difference.
