How come?

How come when quake vs mordo and he is stunned and he has a concussion and I hit him it instantly takes the stun off him instead of lasting it's whole duration

Because of his astral evade, he’s also immune to ability Accuracy reduction so concussion won’t help

Concussion does work he doesn't evade but the stun goes away
