I asked this question a few weeks ago when I only had a couple of good 4*, but since then I've been on an INSANE run of good 4* pulls (including at least 3 or 4 from PHC). Obviously this is an awesome problem to have, but I just have no clue who I should use the upcoming gem on.
I recently completed Act 4, but I'm barely into exploration. Gonna be a while til I make a run for UC.
