Loki S2 missing hits

Seems like everytime the first part hits, pushes them back and then the ice spikes don't connect or the AI activated dexterity. Anyone else have this?

    Idk about useless. Broken, yes. About half the champs are.
    As for the AI, it blocks, parries, evades or counters 99% of specials again. Especially in arena & AQ. There is no cool down between the AI's moves, faster/more aggressive, etc... So it'll chain crazy combos. Even interrupt specials when I do land them. The list of broken or bugged stuff in the game goes on and on.
