Item/ISO/Catalyst Overflow Not Working

So the rank up event just arrived and I go at add iso from my overflow into my inventory to rank up and everything is grayed out and the claim buttons are also greeted out. Why can’t I claim any inventory from the overflow?

    Lol. Ignore this. Forgot the sigil gave us capacity for more iso then max at normal times. Nothing to see here. Move along.
