    I can't really comment on cap as I've never really used him, but I have 2 hulks, 5/50 & 3/45 and they're really good.

    Both of mine are duped which does help alot by increasing his attack.

    I would say play around with them both in quests and rol to see which you prefer to play with and rank him up.

    Or... You should just save your t4cc until you dupe 1 of them.
