Who should I Awaken/Rank 5 Medusa or Cull Obsidian?

I'm so torn between the two of who should I awaken and Rank Up to 5. Both are great champs. Any good suggestion is appreciated! Thanks in advance!

I mean, you cannot go wrong with either, but I think Cull is prolly going to take you further.
