Tech crystal offer upon completing first quest in Variant 3

The offer for all the tech crystals with an increased chance at sentinel came up right after I beat the first magneto, and looked pretty decent. I clicked to buy and got a message saying the offer had expired, and then it went right to the next quest. I went back to my home page and it wasn't there either. I would like to just be able to get this please, but it looks like a bug and not sure if anyone else had it happen as well.
