So as I know there is a 1%to10% rank rewards in featured 4* arena, but I tryed to get to top 50(still in beginner bracket) but I didn't get lucky and ranked 51

Now I am sad that I didn't get the champ its just that, I didn't even get to the 1%to10% rank rewards!!

So if I didn't get the 10% rewards then who does?

    OP: theoretically speaking I suppose it is possible to score 51 and yet not in top 10% if not enough people participate and get to rank rewards. It might just be an oddity of the beginner brackets due to the relatively small number of people. It would seem logical to me that the lower percentage rewards would exclude the numbered rank rewards, but that doesn't mean that's what the game does.

    The 1% to 10% rewards are for the people who placed among the top 10% of all players that ranked in that arena. If less than 510 people ranked in the beginner arena, you would be placing lower than top 10% with a rank of 51.

    That doesn't seem right to me, but I'm just saying the game might be calculating the rewards a little too literally in this case.

    Getting the 1-10% Rank Rewards is something you'll have to contact Support with. Not making Top 50 sounds like you just didn't put up enough Points.

    No, that is not how the rank rewards work, it even tells you that on the rewards screen. You get the highest rewards you qualify for. people in the top 50 get the top 50 rewards but dont get the top 10% rewards BUT they count towards that top 10%. If the top 10% is the top 50 then there will be no rewards for the top 10%.

    From the screen:

    Top 1%-10%
    Ranked players are included in the percent calculations but are ineligible to receive percent rewards.

    That's not the case in any other arena. Typically players placing in the top bracket get the better reward: either the numbered rank reward or the top percentage bracket reward, not both.

    What I don't know, because the participation numbers are big enough to make this difficult to know, is whether the arena calculates the top 10% first, then gives out the numbered rank rewards to the top group and then everyone else gets the bracket reward, or if the arena gives out the top numbered rewards first and then calculates the brackets for everyone else, excluding the numbered rank players. I suspect it is the former and not the latter, which is why you're seeing the results you're seeing.

    It doesn't matter much, and probably makes more sense in general, for the veteran brackets given the number of players that rank. It can generate odd results in the beginner bracket due to the lower number of players. It seems odd to me on the surface, but I'm not sure it makes more sense to change it just for the beginner bracket.

    Well, that would seem to definitively settle the issue. Under those rules, if not enough beginners participate, it is possible that all players that would have received top bracket rewards got numbered rewards instead, and no one else ranks high enough to get them.

    If that's the case then there should be anything wrong?
    If there were a low enough pool of people such that the top 10% is lower than 51 there would be no 10% rewards and there would not be an issue, because that is the way it works. That is the risk of the beginner bracket. You have a lower point requirement typically, but you have a MUCH lower number of people and risk running into this.

    Plus your not in this spot 51, this doesn’t match up so clearly you though you could lie to try and get yourself some extra goods and causing a bit of chaos for the team thinking there was a bug in arena.

    I mean... if you didn’t make the top 10% I don’t see how you can demand to get the rewards for it. I know it’s frustrating, but you can’t really expect to get rewards for something you didn’t do. If you had placed top 10% and didn’t get the rewards that would be different.

    Pretty self explanatory, you didn’t qualify for top 10% because less than 510 people reached the rank reward cutoff.
