Also could you please provide any tips for first time completion of 4.4.6?

    1st time pass, go thru Center lane. That removes the recurring Arc Overload Regen buff for that first pass that you will later have to face when exploring the other lanes.
    ..although there are several more heroes that can counter that Regen now, as opposed to when Act-4 first came out.
