Should I awaken dr voodoo?

Is a 4 star dr voodoo still a must for awakening? I got a 4 star awakening gem, and I’m debating on who to awaken, if I didn’t dr voodoo it would probably be 4 star Archangel. Both rank 4

Yes. He’s a true god tier when he’s awakened and arguably the best mystic. Either SS or voodoo. Voodoo is amazing and was my MVP alongside OG hulk when becoming uncollected. Does not require a high signature either

Voodoo can do just about anything you need him to. Great for stuff like Modok/Sinister Labs where you don’t know what’s coming because he has a multitude of play styles.

What AA gains: ability to 100% AAR and heal block

What DV gains: ability to about double buff duration, double ability accuracy, or double Debuff duration and apply 50% AAR. It also makes his specials reliable. More reliable poisons and debuffs in general with despair reduce healing by a ton.
