Should I rank this guy up? What are his best feature?

    Yes. Basically he has neurotoxin which 1. Reduces ability accuracy, 2. Acts as a heal block when it's active and 3. Stuns the opponent when it expires. On top of that it deals a lot of damage. I believe the ability accuracy reduction and heal block only applies when he's duped. He's definitely one of the best mutants imo. On

    Yeah, once he is duped his ability accuracy reduction is phenomenal. It stops so many different things - active abilities like preventing indestructible from turning on, passive abilities like DPX's power gain. It also stops many nodes. Once he maxes out his signature levels, evade champs are a piece of cake because he prevents evade.
