Which cosmic 5* to r5 using rank up gem

Hi all, please help me with the desicion who to rank 5. Have awaken gem cosmic also. My current r5 champs GR, blade and aegon. Thinking hype or anihilus for defense. CG not sure with more content such as act 6 where he is not good to use. Also I am not using suicides.
