Corvus or blade to help you temporarily. long term focus on 5* as you can't bring anything less than 5* in chapter 6 so it's waste of resources

5* Hawkeye, if you get good with him, he's one of the best power control champs in the game, doesn't need to be duped to be great and as a 5* he'll be relevant for a long time.

AA is great on that electro, he will also eat through 5.2.4 as well. If you can get Scarlet with at a decent sig level shes a beast. If you have Ghost Rider I would take him up as well as stark spidy and blade. Those 2 alone will pretty much get you through most of Act 5

Is that Omega Red duped? If he is rank him up ASAP! If not that Domino should be your top champ already!
