What would you rename champions if you had to make a wholesale, knock off version?

In light of the Sony/Disney fiasco, I wanted to make a hypothetical scenario where Disney had to make a rip off Spiderman but didnt have the rights to his name. For example, he could be called Pedro Piper aka SpiderGuy. Or even other characters like Omega Red renamed Alpha Blue whose ability is to inflict itch spores; theyre like death spores but they only lead to a mild, inconvenient itch.
