Black iso market item not resetting?

Hi in the iso black market after the weekely reset date is due isn't the items supposed to reset in order to purchase more items? It's been an entire week and the store has reset back 6d but the purchase limits for all the items hasn't reset, instead it's still saying 0/1, 0/3, 1/3 ect... Now what's going on? Obviously I've paid for this black iso market so realistically it shouldnt be acting up? Can someone please help me out here?!? Here are some screenshots to prove what I'm saying:
