Beta has been bugged since the first beta for me. Are you going to fix it or not?

Ever since the first beta I’ve messaged you via email and forums and it still hasn’t been fixed. When I go into the beta I’m on a different account with none of my champs or resources on my account with no name. Fix it cause I would like to play your game
