She Hulk rank down ticket

Does anyone know when the rank down ticket for she Hulk arrive?

They first need to gather a list of players, them they can start giving the tickets.
It should still take 1 or 2 weeks, but nothing has been stated about a timeline for it

How do they know what players would want or need them?
-Only the ones who have her as 5*r5/r4? What about those who wasted T4 to take her to r3?
-What about those with 4*’s?
-Is it only for people who used her against 6.2 Champion?

There is a lot to consider. What’s best is to just issue everyone with a 5* enough RDT to take her back to r1 IF they chose too. Same with 4* versions. Because who is to say those who have her ranked but not max wouldn’t benefit?
