10k prestige LF top 250/gold 1 ally

Hi, I was pretty happy w my last ally but I'm on vacation and couldn't keep up with map 6. Cause who wants to worry about clearing nodes when you're in Hawaii right?! So I gave lots of noticed and bowed out once they had a replacement, but now I'm stuck without a home when I get back to the daily grind.
I'm looking for a mature and chill ally with solid leadership. I want to get top 250 AQ rewards or top 500 map 5 w/ minimal donations. I'm not really into war so coasting in gold 1 is good for me. On an easy path I could be an asset for a P3 or a group pushing for it.
Full disclosure: I'm not a boss killer, and I work on the railroad so there are times where I can't get on for 5-6 hours. But I usually post a heads up on LINE if that's the case and I'm a damn good soldier the rest of the time.

    Man I wish my alliance was a top 500 AQ. Would love to have a guy like you on the team. We hit about 2100 as we are still working toward getting map 5x5 in each BG at the moment. Right now it's about 5x4 for the majority unless it's a hard mini boss
